Getting a quote is quick and easy, simply place your items into the shopping cart and send it to us as a Sales Quote Request. Place all the items and quantities you need into your shopping cart and during the payment process select "Request Quote" rather than "Credit Card" as a payment option. We will recieve your Quote Request via e-mail and will respond promptly with pricing and the shipping cost based on the items and quantities in your quote request.

Purchase Orders

At DGG Taser and Tactical Supply we gladly accept purchase orders from qualified and approved Law Enforcement Agencies! All Purchase Orders must be on an official purchase order form, and must include a contact name and phone number. All information will be verified prior to an order being shipped. Mail In Order Form
Use this form if you will be mailing or faxing in your order.

Smith & Warren Badge Order Form
This is the badge order form that must accompany every Smith & Warren badge order.

Firearms / Destructive Devices Authorization Forms

Firearm Purchase Authorization Letter 
Authorizing purchase of firearms. This letter must be retyped on department letterhead and hand signed by the authorized officer and supervisor. No copied letterheads will be accepted.

Federal Excise Tax Exemption Certificate
If your department is exempt from Federal Taxes you must complete this form. A form is required for each manufacturer whos products are ordered. This form is currently the only one authorized by B.A.T.F. Fax or mail the form along with your departmental order of Firearms or Ammunition. Your State Tax exemption can not be used for Federal Tax exemption purposes.

Letter of Intent (must be printed on Departmental letter head)
Form departmental order of Automatic/Restricted firearms and destraction devices from Defense Technologies.
