DGG Tactical Supply in Jacksonville, Florida caters to a customer base that is mostly Law Enforcement Professionals who are all very familiar with the 5.11 line. Their customers are very pleased with the amount of 5.11 products they stock in the store, including the women’s line. Customers tell them it is nice to be able to have all the products available and look and try on before purchasing.
DGG’s almost 3,000 square foot retail store has dedicated over a third of floor space to 5.11 merchandise. The 5.11 section is right in front of the store so everyone entering will see it first. There are normally two or three 5.11 mannequins just inside the front door as well.

ISO Certification
We are currently implementing the process and documentation outlined in ISO 9001:2000 and will seek certification in mid-July. As 5.11 has had a period of rapid expansion, implementing a quality system based on the ISO guidelines ensures that we will continually improve and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
New Conveyer In Warehouse
We expanded the warehouse conveyor systems, completing the automation and racking build-outs of our second story pick module. The added space and automation helps ensure that the warehouse is ready for the upcoming new Fall products and the peak volume seasons ahead. The project completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule, the programming transitions went very smooth, and we’re looking forward to a strong second half of 2007. We’ve started the process of engineering and design layout for the planned third story expansion. Stay tuned!
